Anyone one else on a weight stall. I'm exactly 2 weeks post opt and haven't lost weight in about 4 days. I also am not having a bm so maybe that's why? I am suppose to start phase 2 tomorrow. surgery date: May 14

I had my surgery may 14 and I lost about 10 lbs the first week but the last couple of days I haven't lost anything so maybe I'm at a stall as well. I am keeping the big picture in mind and all the weight I'm going to lose. Everyone will more than likely experience a stall so don't let it keep you down:) surgery date: May 14

Thank you it does help. For some reason when I think of pureeing food it just grossed me out but I better get used to it. I will be in that phase for 3 weeks. surgery date: May 14

Today is the first day I have actually had an appetite. The last 5 days I have been doing my best to get fluids in and not really caring but today is different. I feel the need for something other than liquids. Im not sure if I bored or truly hungry. Anyone else experiencing this. I typically am not one to have head hunger. Also how is everyone else doing with pain? I only have pain at night when trying to get settled to go to sleep. surgery date: May 14

You really should get 64 oz in. . Its too keep you hydrated. If you can't get all your Protein in that's understandable but you should really try to get your other fluids. My doc told me once I start paying has I can increase to 2oz every 15 min which had really helped with getting it all in. surgery date: May 14

I'm finally home from the hospital. My doc sent me home with pain med and nausea meds. Im actually feeling really good. I am getting 64 oz in but not 60g of protein yet. My doc made it a point not to chew gum just in case you accidentally swallow it. He recommended listerine strips. Everyone seems to be doing really good. surgery date: May 14

Is anyone else having a problem getting pain med when you need them. I've been in so much pain and they are making me wait 4 hours surgery date: May 14

It had been fairly easy to get my fluids in but I could not imagine doing that and protein. I have been in quite a bit of pain. They say walking helps but it makes it worse for me. They are only allowing me pain meds every 4 hours I need it sooner most of the time. Good luck to everyone and you all are in my prayers. PS the spirometer makes me couch up stuff and brings on a lot of pain so beware surgery date: May 14

I had surgery this morning. I'm doing well. Sipping a lot and walking every couple of hours. Definitely have pain but laying on the heading pad helps. They don't want me to drink anything besides g2 gatorade and water. I'm not hungry at all. I have to pee every few minutes it seems. Good luck to all! surgery date: May 14

I just got my call to be at the hospital at 630am tomorrow morning. I have lost about 11 lbs on pre opt diet and going to lose 2 more lbs today. I think I have everything I need for the hospital. Ive got my pillow, lip Balm, heating pad, and lose pajamas. Any other suggestions? surgery date: May 14

I did today for dinner. Still stuck with protein but had chicken grilled and Green beans. This will definitely be the last time I cheat. I was just so tired of eating the same thing over and over. I also had some caffeine. surgery date: May 14
