    The drs office told me I should have lost more weight at 1 month out from surgery. Only down 18 and they expected around 26. What a buzzkill. Honestly believe I've done everything I'm supposed to. HW 265, Pre-surg 250, current 232, goal 140. Myfitnesspal name TheDogmomma6, add me please! Need support/friends.

    Hey all, my surgery was March 7. Had my one month follow up visit yesterday. I've lost 18 pounds but they said I should have lost more by now.     Hi all I'm from Modesto, CA. Had my one month recheck after surgery today. Disappointing since I hadnt lost as much as the drs office wanted. Im not cheating so its a bummer. Anyone else have a slow start?
