Ohoh... I have to be honest all grilled foods were difficult for me to tolerate. .. stick to what u know u can eat it may be to soon for your stomach to handle. .. -
Hi, yes everyone is different... you can eat carbs they jyst ask that u stay away from fried foods... sugars, fried foods, can cause dumping..its no joke... it sucks to get dumping...but getting gastric is a life changing decision so make sure u r ready...good luck...

My surgery was February 19 and I feel that I am loosing very slow 223 now 182...

Feb 19 I started at 223 and slowly dropping to 187...
