All good here also. Hi from Australia. Band to bypass revision Starting weight was 229.3 lb /104 kg now 185lb/ 84 kg. surgery was 13 may. Just starting to feel hungry a little more than before. Have no trouble with any food. Although I haven't tried anything naughty. Doing 60 gm of protien from food and just starting to get all my water in. Only problem I have had was urinary tract infection. All good here!!! -

Increase your calories a bit. Increase your protein and water. I found if I eat more i loose more. Weird, but true... -

Hi there I have found that by increasing my calories to about 800 per day and increasing my water, my weight has started to come off quicker. The old story of starvation mode is definitely true....try increasing your calories a bit and see what happens. All the best -

Hi there. There is a certain amount of nerves cut during the op and they take a while to kick in... I am a couple weeks ahead of you and started eating more solid food...it only now that I can really feel the restriction.. Look out for signs that you are full such as sighing, belching, hiccups, sneezing or a runny nose...these are all indicators that you need to stop eating. Hope that helps...don't stress... -

Yeah I have had mushrooms. Just be careful they are more rubbery and take extra chewing. -

Yep having the urinary catheter and dehydration can do that. Can take a while for the nerves of the bladder to behave. The stretch receptors in the bladder kind of go to sleep. Drink drink drink -

Hi I am 3 weeks out. I have lower left abdo pain that feels like a stabbing pain. It's been there since the op, but now it's getting worse..was on and off.. But now if a stand up its always there..it's driving me nuts. Anyone else experience this??? -
