My friend got the bypass 2 months ago and she's taking it easy. She walks 2 miles everyday. So I guess its up to you and how your body feels. I hear you on the whole saggy arms thing.

If your referring to me; I've been eating very little meals.. about 3 times a day. A lot of water!! And I do cardio first (treadmill, stairs etc. ) and then I work on my arms (so I don't get excess skin) lol and then I do leg lift and last the elliptical! :-)

Good afternoon everyone! It's Katrina. Bad news I went on vacation last week and I gained 2 pounds! I see my nurse practitioner this Friday.... I feel like I failed..... I'm scared!! Hello :-) names Katrina. I'm 22 years old. I finally got my surgery date for gastric bypass! It's been a long 6 months but well worth it because I learned a lot about myself, my body and the way food is (par say) I have lost 25 pounds so far! I want to lose another 10 before surgery but its hard!!! I'm here if anyone needs support! Heck I sure do!! Have a wonderful day everyone! <3

My surgeon recommended the gastric sleeve because he said I'm not that big. Idk which I want Hw-305 Cw-281 Gw-150 Height-5'8 Age-22 Someone plz help in making my decision..
