  1. Hi All! My name is Meg and I had my surgery on May 7, 2013 - I got down to 176.5 in January and this morning I weighted in at 190. HELP! I was stuck forever at at 182 and now that i am working out with a trainer I am putting weight on. Now I know, muscle weighs more but this is really worrying me! I know I have gotten on track and need to refocus but I not sure where to start! Any help of suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And please don't yell at me for putting weight on, my mother does that for me (which doesn't help either but she is my biggest supporter). Thank you!!!
  2. Thank you!!! I did have my year visit and they are very happy with my results. I know I could e-mail my NUT at anytime (Which I may do) for extra help. I have my monthly support group tomorrow night and its about cooking - so I think that will help. Everyone tells me how great I am doing that I lost 110 lbs...but i don't feel that great about it. I am THRILLED with what I have done in my life by having the surgery - but I don't feel I have done my best. Does that make sense? I am bad about getting in all my Water - i know I am. I just signed back on to my fitness pal (BostonIrish21) and hope to get back on track with counting my Protein. Thank you again for your support - its truly helpful!!!
