Hi Sierra. I'm sure we All have had second thoughts. I can just tell you my experience. Im 44 had rny surgery April 15. I'm in Manitoba. I don't regret it now for a min. I'm down 56 lbs. I started at size 22 and this weekend fit into a 14 comfortably I feel better and find this experience amazing. Yes the first 2 days after I felt like I was kicked by a mule in the stomach but that was short lived the key realy is to walk as much as you can drink / sip a lot and get as much Protein in as possible . This past weekend I spend hours on the floor with my 9 month old grandson and realized how much I loved playing with him there and wouldn't have been able to before. I still have a long way to go I'm 213 lbs now but I'm enjoying this healthier life a lot more . Yes it's kinda weird how I'm never hungry and have to eat because I need to too and how my main focus is to make sure what I eat has meaning as I can only get so much in so it better be for a benifital reason. Protein protein lol I believe that following dr s orders are the key. Don't rush stages !

Hi.thank you , Surgery went very well. I'm home recovering. Felt like a. Mule kicked me in the upper abdomen the first day but much better now and moving around well .

Thank you , you made me be able to take a deep breath , I don't think I could go threw this guilt again. So wont be messing up again I'm sure. I have surgery Monday and have been thinking of nothing but my liver since I did this.

I'm on day 10 of my liquid only diet(protein shakes water coffee tea only ) I have been having headaches everyday no energy and today was cranky moody and well unhappy.i slipped had 5 soda crackers with a piece of cheese. Now I'm freaking out its been my only slip and I'm having surgery in few days. .... What have I done ! I'm so scared they won't do my rny
