I'm tired of feeling sick not being able to eat then when I do it make me feel sick not being able ti move around like I use to I feel old I guess I'm having a bad day Sorry!!!!!! Mz Shay

Thanks everybody I'm ok I'm 35 I never struggled with depression ever before surgery I lost over 100 on my own this is something new for me feeling sick one day the next I'm ok but I have been eating a little more and walking I was just having a few bad day trust me I. Ok if I thought I needed help I would seek it I'm in a better place today my energy is coming back and im eating a itte mire so thank you all your comment are coming from awarm place thanks Mz Shay

I had chicken &,egg noodles not suppose to have the noodle but my pouch really liked it first time I have had a good meal I been home Mz Shay

Yea they know I'm not eating good just felt blue today I'm not usually depresses but waking up sick something I'm not use to just gonna take some time I'm on ulcer meds. They are helping but just hard somedays Mz Shay
