Don't beat yourself up I only lost 45 everything on my list makes me sick I really haven't been doing right but I'm trying this is harder than I thought Mz Shay -

I have been dizzy all day I have a plenty Water today I had egg for Breakfast and stem veggie &small price of salmon took all my needs but I feel so weak and dizzy I may go to e r if not better Mz Shay

I saw him today and he already have me on ulcer med and some other but he said he gonna gv me a week and if I'm still nit eating then he will gv me one to see about strict ion but he xrayed me and he said it looked ok I need to find some ways to eat more Mz Shay
