    I love water aerobics, too! I used to do them quite a few years back, and just started again last week. I am sore tonight from my class.

    I found a new protein bar! It's called PowerCrunch. I had peanut butter creme for breakfast. It was very light and tasty. Not thick like normal protein bars. It has a bit too much fat, but sugars are low. 205 calories 12 grams fat 10 carbs 5 sugar 14 grams of protein I got them at Harris teeter

    I totally understand! I am 5 1/2 weeks post op, and nothing has tasted great to me either. This weekend has been better. Just keep trying new things. Eventually something will taste good.

    Thanks for the ideas. I do have the unflavored protein powder. I have added it to a few things I think it's a mental thing, but I have a difficult time drinking it. I saw the G3, and I wondered if it were too many carbs. I will give it a try. As far as shakes, I am trying to finish the GNC lean shakes that I have before purchasing more. I am sick of them, due to the sweetness. I am sure I will get there! It just may take some time. .

    You are welcome! After I added the eggs and milk and protein powder, I ended up with about 40 grams of protein in the whole recipe. I made 8 pancakes, so about 5 grams of protein per pancake. I have avoided watermelon because I read that you dumped on it. But, I want some so badly!

    I made pancakes tonight and put unjury protein inside the mix. They were so yummy! I had 2 small pieces of bacon as well. (doctor has it on the NO list) but it was sooooo good!!! Its the first thing that has tasted good to me in a couple of weeks. Now, I am terrified that I am going to dump from the bacon. How long does it take for the dumping to take effect?

    I used to drink smooth move before surgery. I wasn't sure how it would work after surgery. Glad to know someone uses it and its been good for them.

    I will post tomorrow afternoon when I get back. My biggest problem is that I only dance when I am drinking! haha. My body doesn't go in the directions I tell it to! I did have a lady today tell me not to be afraid of it, that its kind of the same moves we are doing in regular Water aerobics, with much better music.
