    I also use the Premiere Protein from costco. I mix the vanilla with some Caramel sugar free syrup by Torani..it is awesome!! Taste like a milk shake from McDonald's...I also try to eat Greek yogurt each morning for Breakfast...I get the rest from foods throught the day.... RNY 2/26/2013 ...<br /><br />Sent from my HTC

    Hello everyone!! I have been following Feb RNY post for a little while...I am also post -op (sur date- 2/26/2013) three weeks out and have the same fear for the same reasons, because I have always been overweight and nothing worked...all the positive support here is awesome!!!...hang in there we can do this!!!
