My husband likes it..no matter what I weigh! My suggestion is...lots if foreplay...them turn him on his back when he's not expecting it and do your thing! Turn the lights off if that's what you need. But I think men are very visual and in that position...they can see enjoying yourself!

I take a multivitamin, B1 & D when I wake up. Also B12 2x per week. I am currently using the calcium wafers. I bring 4 to work and eat them throughout the day. 2nd multivitamin with dinner. Chewable Iron at bedtime.

Do you use a lot if Tylenol? When my levels were wacky (and my dr was basically asking me if I was an alcoholic!) I think it was due to vicodin. Now that we can't take NSAIDS...I'm wondering if mine will be elevated again. -
Never thought I would say this....I'm tired of eating.

Every once in awhile a want a bite if something that might taste good...but the process of "eating" is not enjoyable. I eat 3 times a day. I am getting my Protein & Water (but not enough calories?) I will, for example, make myself eat 3-4 oz of fish but I can't eat anything after that. A lot of the time, after I eat, I just feel yucky. I just drank a Protein shake for Breakfast and I can tell you I felt better with an empty stomach! I have never dumped but I keep a close eye in sugar. -

I'm having the same problem! I seem to be losing in a different way than I usually do. My pants are all saggy in the butt & thighs but the waist is snug. I'm a pear shape vs apple so this isn't how it usually goes. -

I wish mine would go away! I have lost several inches at the band and overall but I'm still a 40G? Can't even find that most places so I'm usually falling out of the DDD. Measuring 39 at band and 46 chest. -

I just had my 3 month appt. They said we should be getting 800-1000 calories per day....3 meals...no snacks...no more protein shakes. How is that possible?? I can't get 800 calories on solid food when um supposed to eat all my protein first. I wouldnt have room for carbs/extra calories?? -

Inquiring minds wanna know

Hospital: I brought a lot. I used chapstick, toothbrush & my own pillow. I was there one night and slept a lot. Home: Protein Shakes, sugar free Jello, sugar free popsicle, broth, greek yogurt, crystal light, decaf tea. Sleeping: it was hard to get in and out of bed or turn over for the first week. I slept in a recliner a lot. Exercise: just walking. It started off very slow. Took about a week for me to make it around the block. I made someone walk with me at first. Sex: I think it was about 10 days. I didn't do any if the work. :-) It was my first surgery. It was painful but not unbearable. I only used pain meds for about 3 days. Everyone is different. I am 3 months now and it seems like surgery was so long ago! -
Probably soup! LOL. Do you know where are going? I find it easier when I review the menu in advance and plan ahead. However, at three weeks I was on puree and not eating much.

5 days post op
califmomto4 replied to Crystalynn Alhashim's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
I take Centrum chewable. I was told no to gummies, Flintstones or any womens Vitamins. However Centrum chewable doesn't contain selenium so I had to supplement that. I also had to take vit d, b1 & B12 following surgery. Started taking Iron & Calcium 2 weeks post op. Per my dr, the iron in the multivitamin is not sufficident and they recommend an addtl 30/day or 60/day for menstruating women. -

Slow weight loss doesn't mean someone isn't following the plan. I am 10 weeks today and have "only" lost 38 lbs. I have not cheated once. I get all my Protein, Water & Vitamins. I have not had a bite of bread, Pasta, rice or potato. Being a slow loser is frustrating...especially when you KNOW you aren't "eating like the surgery never happened" -

calling all big losers...how many calories?
califmomto4 posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am wondering if I am not getting enough calories. I have heard that starvation mode isn't real....and its all calories in vs calories out but if that were true my calorie deficit would mean a higher weight loss. So, I am wondering what calorie goal those that are losing consistently are using? I thought I could be one of those that lost the majority of the weight in 6 - 7 months but now I'm afraid I won't lose it at all. Seriously, I'm noy trying to br dramatic but it doesn't seem to be working. My Protein goal is 60-80. 500-600 calories and 64oz Water and I am meeting that every day. -

Thanks music. Its really difficult right now. I dont eat junk...at all. I have not had even one bite of bread, rice, Pasta, potato or any kind if sweet. I try staying off the scale and measuring inches....but those numbers haven't changed either. To make it worse...yesterday I felt hungry fit the first time. I don't know if it was because I was upset? But I seriously felt like eating a cheeseburger. (Instead I had a boca sun dried tomato veggie patty...with a slice if tomato. Was actually able to eat the entire thing which is more than I normally eat) Seeing people that are at the same stage as I am that have lost twice as much just makes it worse. -
I have kaiser in Northern California. My process was quick & easy.
