    My 1st dumping?

    I don't think I have ever experienced dumping. I am over 4 months. I am careful about what I eat but now I wonder if I will? Ive thought about eating something sugary to test it....but I'm afraid that if I DON'T react....knowing that will be a problem. Maybe I should just rely on the fear of dumping??

    You need to measure the ingredients separately and enter them. For example, 3 oz chicken breast & 1/8 avocado. As you enter the portion size for each you can see the grams of protein. Go to the home screen (mobile android) to see your daily protein intake.

    How long were you sore, tired, etc?

    I wasnt really in pain after 2-3 weeks...but I was still very tired the first two months. I'm a little over 4 months now and some days I'm still exhausted.

    Why can't veggies be full of protein? I an so sick of chicken ugh. I can do seafood..everything else makes me want to gag. My stomach doesn't get upset...I hate eating it.

    Ive noticed this about all my pants too. I think my butt is shrinking faster than my waist. I'm usually bigger in the hips. Strange.

    I am 4 mos post op. I have been using them since day 1. They are great when I am really thirsty and couldn't drink a lot....because they cool me down.

    I think sugar alcohols aren't absorbed by normal people...but they can affect you after RNY. I try to keep the over all level low. But....I buy those popscicles ...and I'm basically addicted. I like the tropicals box the best!

    Today.....I weigh less than my hubby! Woo hoo! This is also the 1st time I have actually let him know how much I weigh! :-)

    Thanks! Yes...I'm sure some rice & naan would be amazing! But...this sounds good! I need something more flavorful and I'm having a tough time "chewing" chicken! The crock pot will help with that. I did chicken the other day with just green enchilada sauce and it was much better!

    I just tried on two different styles of jeans at Old Navy in a size 18! They both fit and one was actually a little bit too big around the waist. Yea!

    Trying wine for the first time

    I had about half a glass at about 2 months. I think it was a pinot grigio. I was fine didn't feel anything. I think if you have it with a high protein meal you will be okay.

    What ya eating tonight?

    1/2 cup black beans with some cheddar and 1/4 of an avocado. I usually have fish..which is good. But chicken has been making me sick. Not physically...its just when you have to chew it so much you really feel every bit of fat or whatever. I only do boneless/skinless breast....so it's pretty lean but sometimes there is a tough piece and it makes me want to hurl. Same with ground meat. Uck.

  21. I haven't had any since surgery. I was going to have a cup last night because I was a bit short on protein...but then I looked at nutrition facts and it said 15g sugar?
