Which one are u getting. I can't seem to Find a fiber one bar that isn't loaded with sugar. (Which could be why your sick ) -
I am middle eastern and hummus is a staple for me post surgery so is falafel. They are both made from chick peas and super healthy.

My goal was down to 150 And then get pregnant. My docs said no baby til Atleast 1 1/2 to 2 years out. We've been trying for 5 years and 5 miscarriages. So I went on mirena about 4 months before surgery. Good luck to you I wish I could get pregnant early -

Walmart sells an ice cream called arctic zone. The whole pint is 150 calories. It's made from whey protein. Not that costly and low in carbs and sugar. I can eat about 5 spoonfuls as a snack when I'm feeling hungry and don't want to eat. It's. good pick me up and treat. -

My husband and I lost our house to a fire 2 months prior to surgery. We won't be back in for another few months. I'm one month out and in a restaurant at least once a day. I went from apps and a 3 course meal to ordering add ons like grilled shrimp. It's really all about the choices you make and we made this one!!! Keep your heads up. -
