Thank you so much -- I think some of this is me living with family n smelling everything driving me wild knowing I simply can not have it :x -- Did my measurements today: so far 27 days ago I'm down only 5 pounds but I've lost 22 1/2" all across my body- I can feel a little bit of the difference, but the biggest part is seeing it on paper - I'm going to do it again the DOS and then with each doc visit -

I'm on day 1 of liquids -- what a rough day-- thank goodness for popsicles and jello and green tea- decaf I'm slowly working on just getting past this OMG I'm so hungry filling -- nothing's filling me up -

You could always try the pre-op clear liquid diet for two weeks?!?

I too struggled with the decision - I am having the sleeve - I'm a diabetic controlled by diet, and no other extras. My surgeon suggested the sleeve, and most of his own staff including my nutritionist has the sleeve. I don't want rerouted or the option of dumping! Surgery date: march 27
