I was banded by Dr. Noel Williams at the University of PA on Oct. 2. Today is the 5th and I feel a little better each day. Today I am drinking more protein and water but by the afternoon the gas pains came on strong again. Man, its uncomfortable. I will try the peppermint tea, I am using a heating pad, I walk around the house and up and down the stairs all day. I have been using the X-strength Gas X strips but I feel they make the pain worse. I will skip them tomorrow. Any other suggestions, please help!!!
