Mine are cream of wheat and pork chops baked grilled it doesnt matter. And bananas make my stomach hurt.

Not getting enough Protein

I have a problem with the protein too. When I drink it, any kind, it makes me sick. Worries me. But I do drink my milk. I go for my 10 day check up thursday and I am going to talk to him about it. -
I just got home wednesday. Surgery was Monday. Pain meds didn't like me made me sick. I have been feeling amazing!!! walking and following everything. Today I feel dizzy and starving. What have I done wrong ? I have had all my water and protein even though the protein makes ne a little sick. Help pls!

Well my surgery is tomorrow ay 9:30 am. I am so excited. Bowel cleanse was not bad at all. Liquid diet better than I expected. I am still in a great mood and cleaning house. good luck to everyone tomorrow saying prayers for us all!!!

I started my liquid diet today. It's been rough !!!! But I can do this. Trying to remember the bigger picture when my hubby eats a sandwhich in front of me !! I have surgery Monday the 18th. Good luck

I wish I could have dinner I am on protein and clear liquids for 5 days. I satarted this morning. I was told no snacking at all. Try to drink more water or do something to keep you busy. My best friend just have me that advice, she has has gastric bypass too. She said it will get easier.
