    Need words of encouragement

I was10 pounds heavier and now at 7 weeks I have lost 46 pounds. Don't sweat it and stay off the scale, it's self sabatoge
  10. I was heavier than you the day I had surgery. I don't think your surgeon will not do it because you didn't lose 20 pounds. I had poly cycstic ovarian syndrome which had my hormones out of whack and it was almost impossible to lose weight. I only lost 6 pounds in 6 months. Don't fret, just keep doing the right thing. Drink lots of water and eat lost of protein. Cut out your carbs and sugar and see if that helps.

    Terrible pain

You could have a stricture, especially if you are not keeping anything down. Call your doc right away.

    Tired! Need advice

I was 7 weeks yesterday and this is the first week since surgery that I feel like I actually have energy. Make sure to stay hydrated and take your iron and eat your protein, as much as you can. And rest all you can if you are feeling tired. Remember, slow and steady wins the race.
