Hi. I am 4 weeks post-op and have thrown up once on Wed and 5 times between last night and today. Anyone else have or had this poroblem. If so, how do you remedy it and what do you eat to get out of it and not continue to vomit. Thanks!

Hi! I have been struggling with my eating and I think it's partially due to lack of preparation and creativity with meal choices. Anyone have any low calorie high protein meal ideas that they can share? Maybe under 200 to 300 calories each. Thanks everyone!!

Hi everyone. I had my surgery on jan 29th and have lost 30 pounds or maybe a bit more and I am really feeling a lot of pressure from myself and also from my mom to eat really low calorie foods and keep losing weight. I desperately want to lose a lot of weight but this pressure is getting to me. Is anyone else feeling this or has anyone had this experience? Thanks!
