treadmill for an hour bike for an hour 20 minutes in sweat box.

yesterday 5 hours straight cardio one hour on the treadmill two hours on the bike zumba for two hours. Today 15 minutes on the treadmill and an hour full body workout.

it's best to do cardio until you get to the weight you want and then work the muscles cause muscles weight more than fat.

I had my surgery February the 20th and still only lost a few lb and I work my butt off at the gym down 26 lb
