WOW! Mt Rubidoux! So proud of you! I heard its a challenge. I have never tried it but its my goal. I don't live far from there, maybe we can meet to conquer it together. I had my RNY on January 21, 2013 which in fact will be 2 months tomorrow but I have only lost 34 pounds. I thought I would of lost more by now. But I will give it time. Water and protein are also my struggle however I am trying all combinations to get my numbers up. Keep up the good work and if you ever need a walking buddy . . . let me know.

Hello! First of all I want to thank you for this incredible site. I really appreciate reading all the topics and knowing there are people out there with my same situation. I have the soups or a salad. But def ask your doctor for the card. My doctors office actually gave me 2 and I keep the extra in my husbands wallet just in case I forget mine. The card is also an emergency card because it has my doctors contact information on the reversed side.

You are doing great! I have been at a stand still for a week now and it's horrible. I had my RNY on January 21, 2013 and to date have lost only 30 pounds. I like your menu tho. My doctor doesn't allow crackers, tortillas and such. (Oh how I miss tortillas. LOL) He also recommends for all meals to stay measured at 2 ounces. Keep up the great work! It will all be worth it.

I will be doing the Zombie 5K/Run For Your Life's obstacle course on September 28th in Southern California. I don't know what I am getting myself into but I am sure it will be fun.
