  1. I just had a catheter til the next morning. No drain or pain pump thank god. My surgeon likes his patients up and moving and thats exactly what i did. I stayed in recovery for 45mins. Got to my room around one something and wad walking the halls at 5. I only adked for pain meds once. I really didnt have any pain. It was just uncomfortable. I didn't have any nausea whatsoever. My surgeon said i was his dream patient lol

  2. Hey guys. Just checking in to see how everyone was? Trying to get the Protein and all the fuilds in is tough. I am still trying to figure out I manage to be discharged weighing less than when I went in. Day of surgery I was 245 even with all the Fluid I was 243.2 when I was discharged. Anyways today is 5 days post op and I weight 237. YYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY.

    Go girl!!!

  3. I just want to be normal again. It's not so much that I feel addicted to food. I just can't stand not being normal. For just one day I would love to be able to eat what I actually WANT to eat' date=' rather than having to watch everyone else eat it and being stuck with something I really don't want. Of course it would help tremendously if the people around me actually didn't eat these foods in front of me, but I'm not going to ask them to alter their lives to accommodate me either. So I just either suck it up or go in the other room and cry.[/quote']

I know how u feel! Im 14days post op.

  4. I'm finally here on the losers bench. It's been a tough 2 days. Surgery was Tuesday. I've had dry heaves/some vomiting. Surgery date: May 14, 2013[/quote']
