Oh lord! Im still pre op..I just completed one of two nutritional classes. The next nutrition session will be a one on one consultation. Which is on the 18th of this month. Then my psychological evaluation is march 29th. Im most likely gonna have surgery next month!

I just bought some of the bariatric advantage vitamins. The b12 vitaband(they use to be for just lapband ppl but now everyone can take them. I got some calcium chews also.

I talked to the bariatric navigator in my area. Anyways i have cigna and i found out its not just the regular cigna my hospital is certified through cigna so we do what we wanna do. I work at the hospital as a cna. Anyways i dont have to do the supervised diet! Yay! Does the happy dance! Whoot whoot. Tomorrow is my nutrition appt.

I was just curious about everyone else experiences with nutrition class and one on one consultation with the dietician. What about the psych eval!?

Who all had labs drown!? I had mines done today and they drew 12vals of blood from me!!! I thought i was gonna need a blood transfusion when i left lol

Hey i have cigna. I was looking at the requirements for me and its the common ones. Nut and psych evaluation. Anyways i didn't have to do a 6 month required diet. Will i still be approved if i didnt have to do it!? I have pcos/infertility.
