I got my surgery 08/13/13 and i have lost 92lbs but lately i been trying to drink my protein but it make my stomach sick and i feel alot nauseas and feel very full and is uncomfortable feeling have any body had this feeling?

That is what was thinking that i need to start eating more food with protein than shakes

I'm already one month and 3weeks.. I have lost 42 pounds happy so happy.. but the only issue I have is that I imagine my self eating but when is time to eat I taste the food and then my appetite go away and I'm not even hungry at all. Is like I don't get the taste on the food

Yes is good that way we don't have to be eating all the time.. today I went to this restaurant and they have like grilled chicken and I bite like twice and that was enough to send me to the restroom it sux what does help me a lot is when I put limes or lemons to my water my tummy feel better with that.. like right now my brother is cooking a soup and I have my face cover cause I can't stand the smell yack.

Yes that is exactly what happen with me.. I feel better drinking liquids.. but this is happening with the protein shake too sometimes I don't eat all day

So far I have lose 37 pounds this is including the weight I lost the week before .. very exicted The only problem is that is so hard to drink 64oz of water per day and I hardly drink one protein shake per day I get full to quickly,I'm not hungry at all has anyone experienced this situation

Since I start my liquid diet on 8/6 and then my surgery 8/13 I have lost 26 pounds feel good I haven't use my high pressure pill since the surgery.. I'm on my pure diet now is kind of hard to eat and wait 30mins to drink water Herr don't like it cause after I finish eating I feel very thristy

After I finished my protein shake I get this weird feeling nauseas like I was going pass out.. the only I did was I drink a little bit if 1% milk before my protein shake I just wonder if it was cause of that. But from now on I need to becareful with the milk.. also I change my protein shake flavor from chocolate to vanilla I will see and try the vanilla shake to see if is the vanilla

I'm on my clear liquid diet egerthing is going well still feel uncomfortable on my left side it burn and hurt but I know at the end it will be worth it. Drinking chicken both,crystal light water my protein shake vitamins and my pain killers.. I'm walking like 3 to 4 times per day Monday I'm going back to work I have to I'm self employed so no body pay me if I don't work... my doctor appoiment is Wednesday for they can take my craps off I'm not sure if I use the right name

Is 1:18am and here lay down looking at the ceiling... If I move to my left hurts and if I move to my right is uncomfortable. Just take my hydrocodone well I guess I will sleep good.. I will try to go back to work tomorrow and the middle of the week I will start to see if I can make the 30mins walk will see

Hi Blondie well when it was about vitamins I was looking more for afforable prices than brands I start searching online and I found at walgreens multi chewable vitamins for $2.39 them the iron at Wal-Mart I think it was less than $4.00 and the vitamin D was less than $5.00 at Wal-Mart as well the B 12 I got it at the dollasr general for $5.00 I have to take 2pill to make the 5000 that is req. But since is weekely I don't mind the calcium my mom got it at Costco so I share hers.. Since I got the surgery what I do I smash the pill put them in water and drink them I mean I don't mind doing that.. but how ever you feel comfortable with

Thank you everybody for the good thoughts..my surgery went well but very painful is been 5 days already pain still there but not harder than the first time I think time will help to heal and feel bettee

I got my gastric bypass surgery on 8/13 and honestly this is so painful. The only thing I don't feel hungry at all I just taking my pain medicine. They send me a prespcrition for blood thinner when my family when to the pharmacy they say need to pay 500 dls honestly I can not afford this to much money. my doctor told Me to walk alot. It feel sour

Have anybody had any constipation during the liquid diet before surgery?
