Yep, started mine the day after surgery. I have a Minerva IUD, so I had not seen it for at least 6 months before that. -

4 shrimps off my husbands plate, guac, a smear of retried beans. -
If you are not getting your protein in you will feel sick. You need to call your surgeons office.

For my friends farther out: how long does the back and shoulder pain last? My abdomen is not sore, I am not really nauseous, but my back is killing me. Any tips or tricks? -
Had my surgery yesterday. I am uncomfortable but not miserable. The worst part is the back pain from the gas. I am so excited to be on the losers bench now!

Instead think about all of the energy and new cloths you will have from not eating steak and cheese! Best of luck with your surgery check in and let us know how you are doing once you feel up to it.

Day five of the liquid diet. It is doable, but I am hungry. Last night I dreamed of pizza! I am proud to say that I have not cheated yet, but this is a painful divorce from junk. I am constantly reminding myself why I am doing this and what I am looking forward to: energy to chase my children, feeling sexy with my husband, normal size cloths, and riding roller coasters.
