I went from a 42 C to a 34 A .... Not to happy !! I had my surgery Jan 7th 2013 started at 240lbs now 155lbs

Hi everyone!! I'm 4 months post -op, and for the last 2 months when I have started my period,, now they are very very heavy and I needed to take extra iron even before surgery. I've been very weak and dizzy for the first day of my flow?? Has anybody else experienced this??? Would love some feed back Thanks

I'm in my Friday weigh in was 195... Last year I was 286 .... Surgery date was Jan 7th I was 240 and today 195.... 25lbs to go to meet me goal weight .. I can't wait to not ever have to lose weight again !! Feeling great!! Joining the gym on Monday !! My next chapter TONING!!!! Good luck everyone .. Keep working hard!!! -

Just had to share my news!!! Today is a great day! Had my 3 month post op appointment today and I'm out of the 200's . It's been at least 18 years .. And it feels wonderful!!! March of 2012 I was 286 ( my heaviest) surgery date was Jan 7th 2013 I was 240 and today 3 months post op I am 197 lbs 30 more pounds to go !!! Enjoying life more and more everyday!!

Hi everyone, I'm 3 months post op.. And I've had chocolate , those little foil wrapped Easter eggs.. Instead of eating the whole bag, I had 3-4 and no dumping... Everyone is different , and you can still have a treat but just don't over do it!!
