I didn't call the surgeon since it was after office hours and I didn't feel it was a true emergency. I did call a friend who had RNY in November and she said I drank my protein shake too fast and it was from that. She told me to walk walk walk!' Not to eat or drink until it was gone. It finally went away around 8:30. But I haven't had anything to eat or drink since. Figured I would wait till the morning and see if it happens again.. If it does I will call the surgeon.

Mami you are too cute!!! So funny! I don't think I will hit 120 in the next 2 months! I still have like 55 or so pounds to go... I loose a pound or two then stall, and the cycle continues! But eventually it will all come off! I will give you some of my fat!!!

OMG Mami!!! If I didn't know better I would think I posted that!!! Since my butt been shrinking it hurts when I ride or drive a distance!!' But so far I still have a big butt and D cups!!

My dr. Doesn't think so... He said I should have lost more than that : ( I'm sad now

OMG, Mami, I had my surgery March 13th 2013... I am 4'11" and also weighed 211 at DOS! My Dr. Put my goal weight @ 120lbs. How long did it take you to reach your current weight? I am almost 9 weeks post op and have only lost 32lbs. Can you tell me more about your weightloss journey, trials and tribulations ??? Thanks !

Debbie that's exactly true!!! As I was told the same. I kept Fretting about loosing slow but I only have 80lbs. to loose start to finish. Wed I will be 9 weeks post op and as of tonight I have only lost 32.5lbs. As far as sugar goes... Since surgery I don't like anything sweet but before I was addicted to it!!! I plan on never going back to my addiction just on case !!!

I feel the same way!! I picture myself thin... Like I used to be! I was a size 4 before I had my son 15 years ago and inside I'm still that same person and when I see myself in pictures or mirror I think OMG WHO THE "F" is this!!!!'

They were so yummy! Each mini muffin is 1oz. I had 2 mini muffins and that was plenty!

I'm going to try a recipe from theworldthrougheggface for the zesty game day bites. I hope they are yummy!! Not feeling like meat tonight and these have black beans instead... Can't wait!

Well apparently I wasn't eating enough. At 8 weeks post op I was still only eating 1oz of food per meal! My nut told me I was eating too little and that can stall my weightloss. So she told me to up my protein to 2oz per meal and try to eat at least 1 Tbsp. veggies... I think I was just scared to up my food intake because I didn't want to hurt or stretch my pouch!! Hope this helps break my plataue! She said with only eating that small amount 3xday then burning over 200 calories a day, plus strength training every other day my body wasn't getting enough fuel and I was putting myself into starvation mode. I wander if that's also why I have been feeling dizzy ??

8 weeks post op and been getting dizzy a lot since a few weeks post op. it's mostly when I stand up. Idk what it's from but I have a dr. Appt. on Mon.

I am in the same boat!! Only 31 lbs in 8 weeks! It's like I loose a pound then nothing for over a week.... I just want to take a knife and cut the fat off since its obviously not going anywhere!!!' Urggg!!!!

So sick of waking up everyday and seeing the same dang weight over and over and over and over....... I need the weightloss gods to hear my woes !!!!!!!

Wow!!! I thought it was just me!!! My hubby is in paradise right now! He doesn't know what came over me but he is not complaining!!!

I won't be able to make it to the meeting tonight ..no babysitter!! I hope to be at next months meeting. Are they mandatory ???

I have a 15 year old and 12 year old. both boys !!! You would think they should be able to be left alone... But they act like 6 year olds when left together plus living almost an hr. away who knows what they would do!! If I took them and left them in the lobby they would just fight and run around the place acting stupid... My hubby doesn't get off till 6:30 which would put me there way past when the meeting is over.

Man oh man... My eyes are still bigger than my stomach! So I boiled some shrimp and sautéed some mushrooms and steamed broccoli and all I could eat was one shrimp and two bites of the broccoli and mushrooms and I was done !!! You'd think as little as I can eat and working out like crazy I would be loosing more!!!
