I think your doing great!!! As for the green bm's.. I think that's pretty normal! I read when you take iron supplements it can turn green. I get dizzy and light headed when I stand up too quick! My dr. said more than likely it because my Bp is low when I'm sitting and then when I stand up it dramatically raises! But I would let your dr. Know what's going on on both parts just incase.

I get mine done every 3weeks. Trying to stretch a dollar !!! Lol !!!

Wow... I had 2 mini vegetarian meatballs with a low sugar, low carb spagetti sauce with a small shake of Parmesan cheese. Very good but filling !!

I feel yah! I was soo scared to leave my ex! He was verbally and physically abusive, cheated, did drugs and drank! He would tell me I would never be able to do it on my own and nobody else would ever love me or put up with me! I dealt with that for 10 years!!! Then I finally said duck it and kicked him out! I got a job, had no child support or help from government ! I kept going up in the company until I made decent money! I bought a house, fed and clothed my 2 boys with no help, paid for daycare with no help!!! You can donut on your own! I'm not saying it wouldn't be hard but its doable! Now I have a great new husband who puts up with me and loves me and loves my 2 boys !!! It was worth all the hard work ! And you know what Mami... It was soo much more peaceful without someone bitching about everything I didn't do to there standards!!! Good Luck Mami!!

Cali, I feel u ! I am 2 1/2 months post op and see others who had surgery after me loosing more weight than me ; ( it does get frustrating but everyone is right! It WILL come off in time! I'm loosing slow too but I only had 80-90 lbs to loose total! I'm now down 41lbs which doesn't seem like a lot until you put in in perspective. If I've lost that, then I'm almost halfway there!!! Good Luck and don't beat yourself up about it, everyone is different !

Babs... You are soo right!!! We all need to make the best choices when it comes to food and drinks! Especially since we eat so little, we need to make every bite the healthiest we can to try to get the best nutrients out of our food!

I cheated and ate 2 lil peanuts... They were soo good, but high in fat and calories!! I know I shouldn't have eatin it but ha my first moment of weakness and don't plan on having another moment of weakness!!! It isn't worth all the hard work I have put into this...

I felt the same way a month ago... Now, not so much! I HATED eating!!! It seemed like a chore! Now it's not so bad! I think it's a phase we all go through on this journey!

I'm only 40lbs. Down... Hoping when I reach my fol which is another 45-50lbs. I will be symptom free!!!

With me I tried and tried to make it work until the youngest started seeing him beating on me... Once that happened I said that's it!!! I left, for my children's well-being. But if you still love and have feelings for him then don't worry about what others say, do what's in your heart! Now if he is abusing you and/or your children the only thing I can say is to seek counseling for you and the children. Once you start counseling things may be put into better perspective for you and you can make a better informed decision and I'm sure the counselor can help you find a place for battered women and children.

Lulu... Unfortunately I am suffer pretty bad with it !n I was about 85 lbs o extra weight... While my sister has it too but only a mold case and she weighs almost 500lbs. So you would think It would be just the opposite! I'm still waiting to hear back from my Neuro to see what he thinks we should do. I don't want a shunt or sheath either!! I think the optic nerve sheath scared me met than the shunt! I actually watched a video of the sheath and was like "oh HELL NO"!!!!

@Anna... It's really a long thing to try to explain and still a lot of times people who don't have it or know someone who does have it might not really understand. If you google it or even Idiopathic intracranial hypertension( new name for it) it will go into great detail about this condition. Thanks for asking ; )

You know I thought about dehydration and maybe this past sat and sun I only got about 30oz in both days but I average about 50oz or more a day so I don't think it's that! Maybe my body just needs more time and more weight loss before I see real results( crossing fingers) Lol !

Jprez, my sister has it too but they weren't sure if its hereditary or not because my sister weighs close to 500lbs. I seem to have a more severe case than she does! My Neuro was hoping that if I lost enough weight it would go away. I'm 2 1/2 months post op and was doing better until about 3 weeks ago. For the last 3 weeks my symptoms have returned full force. Before surgery I was on 2000mg Diamox and 20mg Lasix. Since then I now take 500mg Diamox and my surgeon wants me off my meds completely, but at this point there's no way in hell I can come off my meds! I have literally had severe migraines every day usually from the minute I wake up until I go to bed!!!! I'm hoping it will go away soon, mine can come in "cycles" but I think it may be time to call my Neuro and eye Dr. and get some tests done. I'm really hoping with further weightloss it will go away! It's a real hard condition to live with and when it's bad.,,,, it's horrible !

I'm with Cathy, I slept on the sofa for 4 weeks.. Partly because my bed is really tall and I'm only 4'10" so it hard for me to get in it when I'm well... Really not something I want to attempt right after surgery. Plus my sofa is uber comfy !!!
