I love the dove body wash... It makes my skin soo soft then my hubby lotions me up from head to toe twice a day!!! But I use bath and body works cream... I don't have any hanging skin except my upper arms (which is tightening some) and my saggy boobs!

Im close to 4 months, had my RNY on 3-13-13. I have gone from 216 down to 161.... You would think with that much of a weight loss I would have relief. My sister had it as well but is also obese. So I think that is why he didn't think it was hereditary. But in starting to think he's wrong. He told me if it was hereditary weightloss wouldn't help. I've heard when you loose a little as 20% of your body weight you should have relief...

Still the same... I get migraines and headaches most days still probably 5-6 days a week. Some last all day starting when I wake up and others don't come till the evening. I told my dr. This and he said there's really nothing more he can do for me, but that he is convinced that with further weightloss I will see improvement. I don't know why he didn't up the dosage of my diamox to 1500 or 2000mg ? So I guess for now I just live with the pain and other symptoms. When I see him in aug I will be getting some more definite answers for sure!!!

I have been wanting some spaghetti for a while now so I made homemade sugar free sauce with lean turkey Italian mini meatballs and baked spaghetti squash... I put the sauce and 2 mini meatballs over a tiny bit of squash and added a sprinkle of low fat shredded mozzarella to the top! It was sooooo good!!!! I are more than usual, about 2.5-2.8 oz, and now my tummy hurts

I get this all the time, dr. Said it can be very common after RNY surgery but that in time in should work itself out

Oohhhh has anyone tried the crystal light margarita flavor? It's in the bigger packs that a pouch makes 2 quarts! I love it and since I don't drink anymore since surgery it is just like having an actual margarita!! Did I say yummmm!!!!!!

2 oz of baked pork chop with a bite of broccoli! Fixing hamburger helper for the fam and it looks soo yummy but I'm a good girl and won't be eating that!

I hope you feel better soon! I had to sleep on the sofa for the first month post op... I had a heating pad and all! It hurt so bad to lay on the bed, even laying on my back hurt but the sofa was just right! I would highly suggest that if none of the things we all suggested work call your dr and get some pain meds! There is no sense of just dealing with the pain when you are trying to heal!

I'm 3 1/2 months post op and about a 3 weeks ago my hair starting the "fall out" phase... My hair was extremely thick like enough for 3 heads of hair!!!! Since this started I get literally handfuls of hair at a time. After I wash it, it looks like a small animal in the drain.... My hair is still thick, although its only about half as thick as it was. I have cried over this because I'm worried I will go bald! My dr. Told me to take zinc and sprinkle unflavored gelatin in my meals, it hasn't really helped. I'm getting plenty of protein and water and taking my vitamins. They said it should stop in 3-4 months..... Good thing I had soo much hair to start with!!!

I go out a lot, I always take a few bottles of water with me and I have a container that u hold powder baby formula in. It has 6 slots for servings of powder baby formula and I just fill it with my powder protein. Then if I need my protein I just pour the protein in the water and shake it up !

Yes it did stall my weightloss some, I was like 2 months out and only eating an ounce of food and the scale wouldn't move.... I had to slowly increase to 2 oz and the weight started falling off again. Now I'm lucky if I can eat 2 1/2 oz and I'm stalling again. I have tried to increase my amount to 3 oz but I just can't eat that much! Plus I don't get hungry ever so I just eat my 3 meals a day like my dr said and I still feel like its a chore!

I'm 3 1/2 months post op and my nut says I should be able to eat 4 oz by now but I just got to where I can eat 2 1/2 oz...,,, she said just eat what I can and if I start wanting more to eat it! Some people just can't ever eat as much as others, but its totally normal. No two people are the same!

Laugh if you want but in the beginning when I lost a lot of weight I didn't have money for new bras so I rolled up a pair of socks and stuffed it!!! Later on I bought some on eBay real cheap
