Same as last week... No loss yet again. I really hate stalls !!!

Had to replace my XL gym clothes with a medium size pants and shirt. I went to the gym and a group of young guys commented on how great I look! Made me feel good! My new gym outfit!!!

Still fighting these migraines and headaches and my eye pain is worse

Tried to eat salad with chicken breast but felt sick after the second bite so beef jerky it is!!!

For lunch I had tuna on really thin cucumber slices. 2.8oz total... Delish! Just hope it sits well

Oh yeah... I got mine done in rio bravo Mexico by Dr. Perez. They did a fantastic job and even removed a chocolate cyst from my left ovary and removed an cauterized my endometriosis ! I got pregnant 6 months later and had a miscarriage at 8 weeks, then another miscarriage a year later and the 3rd 4 months after that. We quit trying after the last one because it was too painful emotionally

I have had 3 miscarriages since my reversal but so far no baby : (

I am only 4 months post op so i still am not at my goal... I have 36lbs. Until I reach my goal. I started at around 216lbs. Now down to 156lbs. Goal weight is 120lbs. I went from a 20w to an 8 petite and still loosing.

It took my sister in law 4 appeals and 5 years to get approved but she got an advocate and lawyer who helped her and in the end they had to back pay her for the 5 years prior,., the lawyer got a percentage but it was still a lot of money plus think about even if the lawyer gets a good amount of money, you will still be getting a monthly income until you you retire and collect social security. If I'm not mistaken you also will get Medicare on disability

I found a diabetic yogurt at Walmart. 4oz cups they had 1.5g fat 45 cal 2g sugar and 3g carbs... I am in bed w/ a migraine and nauseau so I will post a pic of it tomorrow. They had vanilla and strawberry. I will admit its not sweet at all(which I like) but I would think if you wanted it sweeter you could always add a sugar substitute to it!

Don't worry ladies, Its very normal to stall even frequently an gain also... I stall every 2 weeks then the scale moves like 6-10 lbs... Then I stall again! When I am at a stall my body looses inches! It all evens out in the end!

I don't think recovery should be any worse.. When I had my tubes tied in 2001 they did it out patient and only made a tiny incision in my belly button... They put a band aid over it, Lol ! It hurt bad the first two or three days kinda like really bad cramps then I was fine. So if you had I done at the time of your RNY I don't think it would be any worse... Just make sure you are 100% certain you don't want anymore kids. I thought I didn't but I remarried and my husband has no kids and so I got my tubal reversed 3 years ago.

Last week 158.... This week 162. WTH !!!

I am 4 months post op and my Neuro prescribed me a liquid form of Vicodin I can take up to 3 times daily... I try to only take it as needed though.

My hair loss was really bad for about 6 weeks! Now it has almost stopped falling out ! I say wait and see, u can always cut it, but u can't put it back !!!

Had about 2.5oz of baked halibut for lunch. For some reason it did not taste good to me so I had to force myself to eat it...

A lot of sugar free cookies and such have a pretty high amount of sugar alcohol as well which my nut told me to stay away from a lot if sugar alcohol as well since it can also cause dumping

My hair loss is getting better !!! It's been about a month and a half of very bad hair loss but it seems to be getting better! Hope yours stops soon !

Thanks everyone!! I still have lots of moments where I feel fat or can't judge how I look to others like if people will think I look normal weight or far or chunky and I still have about 40lbs to go but I feel lots better now that all the weight is going away. I'm in an 8 petite or med dress and a med shirt!!! A lot different than a 2x !!!!

Well I just wanted to give everyone an update... I my high weight was 216 or so and today I am 159. My goal weight is 120 so I still have a ways to go! Before surgery Me 2 weeks ago around 166 lbs
