It's the guy with Shawn T it's a very intense work out for 30-45 minutes of none stop you are drenched afterward lol

Hand in there the first 2-3 weeks were very hard for me but this is my 4-5th week and I'm feeling much better! Praying for a quick recovery!!

So I gotta say I'm a little frustrated because my food always gets cold because I have to eat so slow! Then I have only lost 15lbs since my surgery 3/20! Just venting I just wish it was more weight loss!
