I have created a November members 2012 Ryn Facebook group all are welcome. I made it a private group so that no one can see your a member or see any postings as some of us haven't shared our journey . I made the cheese Burger ones and they were Awesome made them in the mini cupcake cups for me and the regular size for the family. I ate 3 minis. My family loved them too!

Got a new phone lost my old profile so I jumped back on here finally I don't get a chance to post much but I love knowing that I have surgery buddies going through the same things I am. Starting weight 279 Surgery date Nov 13 2012,dos 254 weight today 214 have been at a stall for two weeks.
