That's good. The night before surgery I can't eat of drink after midnight. Isoprue. The liquid diet isn't that bad, I just tell myself it's temporary. My new journey 2013. SD 7-30-13

Some people do change. As for me when I lost a lot of weight many moon's ago, I was different I felt great! I mean I though I was happy but when I lost my weight I had this burst of enery and was like where did this come from. I was happier with myself. I want to feel like that again now that I have kids, I have no energy.
