South Dakota here and doing the 6 month dietitian game to appease insurance as well. Scheduled lapo RNY on May 1st. Best of health while you wait these last few months out.

South Dakota here. I lost 30lbs in 8wks by increasing Water to 2 gal a day...no other drinks. Used dasini drops to flavor no calories and did 30min walking-brisk a day. Best of luck!
