I'm 4 months out 88 lbs down I've stalled now close to a month I guess bc struggling to get any Protein just be happy to be breathing

Try soy I am the same way , Vitamin store has better deal on unflavored soy Protein just be happy to be breathing

I agree I tried tHat Gross and even tried soy protein not flavored by Vitamin Shoppe , I was able to get a little protein with oatmeal but it's hard, I tell u my taste buds are solo sensitive after surgery 1-21-13 just be happy to be breathing

Thanks ladies I will ask my doctor in July again when it's my almost 6 month check up , yeah I'm the same about extra skin girl I was told 6 weeks at seminar but after 3 months he told me to wait for at least a year grrrr! O had surgery 1-21-13 just be happy to be breathing

How much is it? I can't seem to hold down flavored or whey protein I've tried several but I'm try this please let me know just be happy to be breathing

I am down 85 lbs since surgery yay, went from 369lbs to 284lbs, size 28 down to 24, when can we do crunches? Dos 1-21-13 just be happy to be breathing -

I wish my husband would understand that its hard not being able to eat like before but he tries to encourage me but he's not considering his own health.
