Depends on your doctor but I didn't have to lose anything bc my insurance required certain bmi and health issues which I had sleep apnea and asthma But some all u needed besides bmi is diabetes, high blood pressure etc.... MrsB surgery 1-21-13 -

Had surgery 1-21-13 started 368 now 9-11-13 245 ..... now comes more arm workouts and Jan comes ab workout ....now only if nausea would go the hell away and I can eat at least ground turkey bc I don't eat pork or beef but chicken won't stay down .... MrsB surgery 1-21-13 -

Same here no strictures though my doctor says everybody heals differently and some heal faster then others I'm down 115+ lbs I had surgery 1-21-13 MrsB surgery 1-21-13

I am down 85 lbs since surgery yay, went from 369lbs to 284lbs, size 28 down to 24, when can we do crunches? Dos 1-21-13, I want to tone my tummy is it too soon ? Doc says at least a year later is this true? just be happy to be breathing

So true I'm close to 8 months and my hair is falling out just by brushing it and shedding badly.... I hope it grows back better then before ..... I'm habing trouble with protein but make sure to take that and ur Vitamins and Biotin pills.... I'm working on it MrsB surgery 1-21-13
