I love to run. I run about 3-4 miles about 4-5 days/week. I eat very little carbs and no junk food, at all. Keep active and find something that you love to do like walking, running or cycling. Hard work, determination and sticking with it will definitely pay off. I'm here if you need any pointers.

Thank you everyone!! Determination, hard work and my new adventure, running. I love it.

Thank you! Your doing fantastic also. Good for you. It does get frustrating when our weight gets to a stand still, but no worries, it soon jump starts again. Working out is definitely a key to losing! I agree. In between running, I use the Wii fit

Thank you. My stats are: HW: 274 CW: 150 GW: 130 I certainly think I can get down to 130 lbs being that I'm only 5'3 tall. I am very happy with my weight loss thus far. I'm a very avid runner since surgery. I couldn't run a day in my life before this surgery. Now, I love to run four to five times a week (3 miles) each day. I think running has helped me a great deal. Low carbs and high Protein of course, as well. Of course, at times, my weight loss slows a bit, but start losing again. You've done well yourself in 9 months. Good luck and Congrats on your success!

I'm so blessed. 2013 was a great year and I intend to make 2014 even better!! Starting to look like my teen years! -
It's been a great journey thus far - six 1/2 months after my gastric bypass on May 14. I'm not going to say it's all been easy. Recently I've been through a bump in the road having a bowel obstruction and removal of my gallbladder, but I'm getting stronger each day. I will be running again in no time!! Today I've reached the 100 lb loss and I wanted to share this great news with all of you! I'm so excited. Thank you all for your guidance and support. Love you all. <3
