    Let's just say I will NEVER eat brussel sprouts again!!! I truly thought my pouch was going to explode from gas pressure!!!! God Bless GasX

    January 2013 Post Op

    I've been stalled for 2 weeks HELP!! I've lost 132# since January... But have fluctuated between 3-4 lbs I've been working out 3-5 times a wk .... Getting in protein & taking vitamins/supplements .... Any suggestions? Thinking of doing liquid cleanse ....

    All it is summer yellow squash, zucchini, eggplant, onion, green pepper, grape tomatoes all cut up with a turkey kielbasa bake at 425 covered to steam veggies for 25 min then remove tin foil and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and melt!!! ENJOY!!

    I cut wonton wrappers (which have 6 gr protein) into triangle and baked ... made wonton chips and dip them into unjury cheese sauce with some hot sauce & chilis
