I think I have totally solved my problem of finding a shake out there that is good!! I bought the biggest loser vanilla protein powder, 12 gm/2 scoops, 1/2 cup skim (4gm) and then I added a squeeze of Hershey's chocolate syrup, and a pinch of mint extract!! 16gm for 4 oz (which is all I can do at a time), I also bought orange extract to make a dreamcicle shake.........I know we all get frustrated with the shake thing in finding something good, be creative!!
