I am being banded on 2/25/09. I'm a little disappointed that I have fallen off my pre op diet and I'm hoping my surgery is not cancelled because of that. I still have a week and a half to go so if I get on it I think I will be fine! It still feels unreal that I am having the surgery. I dont think it will feel real to me until I have the band on and start losing. I've wanted it for so long and it always just seemed like something I wanted but could never have. Congrats on your journey so far! I can't wait to start mine.
