Thank you. I had today. It was great.. since I can only eat about 4 table spoons I have enough for dinner and maybe lunch tomorrow.

Can we not eat the seeds? I know I cant right now because I am only 2 1/2 out. But once I am eight weeks can I then.

Salsa??? Does anyone eat salsa on things. Is it good or bad? Thought about putting it on my refried beans.

Today was my first day. I going too have egg salad.

I have been doing great getting my protein in. but the last two days I gag and almost throw up when trying too drink them. I dont know what too do. Has any one experienced this. I feel like everything was going good but now all the sudden its all going down hill.

Okay went to doctors today. Ask about hair loss and basically the only way to try to avoid is to make sure to get my protein and vitamins. But basically if you going to lose some there no magic pill to stop it. she assured me I wont go bald. I asked her about the supplement and she said I could take it. but really she didnt think it would make a difference. she said it would just be one more thing too take. And my money too spend. She did say hair loss happens between 3 to 6 months if it happens. she said it is usually minimum.

Congrats.... That explains why you have been getting so sick.

I my gosh that is terrible. When was your surgery? And what are they going to do?

Well I think the gas was the worse for me. I would think with the gallbladder gas would be the same. but for me that only last about two days. You will do great. Do you have a surgery date yet?

I am feeling better. I cant wait until monday to start mushy stuff. My diet is limited right now it is driving me crazy. But soon things will bed better.

I feel the same way as you. next week cant come fast enough.
