    My sister...ugh!

Your sister is dealing with her her loss and just lashing out on you....had this not happen how did she feel prior to this? Was she supportive, what were her views... and I understand right now she is grieving, sometimes people deal with things differently..don't take it to personal...right now you need to worry about you, your life, your children and your journey, vain, selfish, & a bad mother for wanting to live a healthier life and live longer is not wrong....move forward and dry those tears!

I have Fallen of the wagon

Log your food intake, hold yourself accountable, be strong and keep in mind why you started this journey.... many people fall off the wagon we are all human, he best thing is you can start again with healthy choices.
  5. Nothing can keep you from your goals, except yourself. Don't get in your own way.

    Nothing taste right

You taste buds do change after surgery, I remember water was tasting like metal, yogurt I gagged at the taste in fact anything I put in my mouth had a bitter taste to it....I will say in the weeks to come it does get better...

    CANT lose weight

Congrats on the decision to take your life back. 2nd- the best advice for you is to keep a food log of your food intake, hold yourself responsible for what you put in your body..... 3rd remove the word *can't* from your vocabulary.you did not gain weight overnight and you will not lose weight overnight...it takes time but don't feel discouraged I will say this, surgery is not magic, you will have many stalls during your journey (many of us here have) but don't feel down we have many things to be thankful for along the way....grab a pair a pants that you have not fit in a long time, cross your legs, how are you sleeping, feeling? look for other things that you can say wow...I feel so much better. I can tell you from experience i have had stalls during my entire journey but you know what I look at the positive aspect of my journey and that makes me say the numbers don't matter:) WLS rules, Protein, Water, Vitamins, FOOD log, walking, exercise...follow these rules and you will be fine.... your pouch will do its job, you have to do the rest, good luck
  14. Best advice I can give anyone....do what works for you!
