Totally understand, after I saw the nutritionist the nurse came in and gave me my list of appointments to make....when I was going through the process it wasn't as booked as it is now....but when you do get your list, spend some time on the phone to make every appointment....write don Wn all the dates for your appointments, and check off every thing you have done so far....Dr. choi is the best...girl I was rushing too ii couldn't wait it's a new lease on life....I'm supposed to speak at a meeting, I will let u know when I'm going I'll probably will meet you....you have to do 2 meetings....they wanted me to guest speak....once ur appts are made watch how fast time goes ii swear

I have the same insurance healthfirst and Medicaid. When I first went to see Dr.Choi and seeing the nutritionist I was given a list, I went home and made all my appointments in one day. The process seems slow but after going to these appointments, my surgery came quicker than I thought . Trust me it will go faster than you think, just follow up to your appointments, go to every meeting and watch how soon you will receive your date. If ever u need to talk vent or whatever inbox me Good luck to all

Once your body settles just watch how the weight melts away no no worries just keep a positive mind, also get my fitness pal so you can keep a food/liquid intake you hold yourself responsible and learn a new relationship with food . Then when you start different stages liquids, soft, then regular foods you can see what's others are having and get ideas for yourself....

Oh you had a chance to meet our crazy taxi drivers...lol they are definitely crazy but there is nothing like a NYC cabbie to get you out of a traffic jam in 2.5 seconds lol They have nice areas to live in just do research, and come on out:)

Oh ok cool, one day we can all meet up for lunch in the city or something that would be cool....I worked in Lodi for awhile...but I had to come back to nyc the travel was killing me

My highest was 301, loss 125 so far, 16lbs to my goal weight of 160 I had my new life change in January 9, 2013 I'm at 176 now:)

New York City has been my home my entire life, it's so busy, alive so many places to see, yes if you ever visit or move out here I'll show you around
