Tonight I tried something new... Mission whole wheat wrap Pesto sauce Spinach A smear of tomato sauce (very little) Pepperoni and provolone cheese I got this recipe from eggface but put what I liked on it. Not able to finish it, but it was a good treat and so far my pouch is loving it :-)

I have some and they look better after surgery...I do want to finish my sleeve so i may want to do it now that I still have some cushion...lol

I could imagine it being frustrating, just try and drink water or the protein shake... (if u can try a soft scramble egg, something that melts in your mouth for now...hope u feel better)

Shaun t rocking body, hip hop abs, and if you dare insanity DVD....if you love dancing the first 2 are the best, insanity is more extreme... I hate the gym with these cd's I don't need to go, he works every part of the body Try not to stress, I personally hide the scale and weigh in weeks at a time.

Well I never used it before, after surgery i got the app to jot down and monitor what I am eating and drinking. Also for those that leave their diaries open for view i get more ideas on what to eat and just ask how did they prepare their meal and how did their pouch react to it. Everyone on my list so far has had WLS, so it helps me cause i know they can relate to the ups and downs of eating and drinking. If u ever get the app back, my name on there is same as my screen name here

I'm going to try to Mami...pain is temporary...I just know I have to pace myself.

Right now I am doing Rocking body from Shaun T getting my body use to exercise. (Plus its fun and not so extreme) I am now waiting for the insanity to be delivered. I have a few friends who have done insanity and say its tough but worth it. And a few friends who have put the cd down not to return to it again lol...

Just try a small piece to see how it goes;-)
