Omg I'm eating salmon from the can and 3 bites I started feeling pain....*sighs* I wanted to tear it up I know how u feel sis, had to slow down -
6 months ago today, I decided to take my life back with the help of weight loss surgey, 101lbs down and I can't even explain how much better my quality of life has been. I'm almost at my goal and this journey is far from over, but I do thank God for bringing me this far!

I was a 44DD then I went down to a 40DD, and now I'm walking around with a bra I just brought to big once again...I swear I will be stuffing my bra soon because every bra I buy by the next week its too big again....sighs...(not to mention I am loosing the booty too...smh -

Do you have My fitness Pal or anything like that....you are able to track your food and have friends with open diary so you can see what they eat and get ideas, and when you feel you may not be doing well people can give you advice and help you along the way....this is something I do.... -

Knowing me I would have ripped him a new asshole and made him feel like the sh*t he is and when I finished with him I would have had him laying in a fetal position sucking his thumb crying making him feel worse than anything I felt in that moment....ugh I hate ppl like that -

We are at 96 right now, and I hate summer too...especially when I have to cook....(sometimes I start dinner at breakfast time smh to not to cook) lol -
