    My Fitness Pal

Easy way out..people that usually make statements like this are uneducated on the process of this journey and how we use this tool to help with weight loss. I only save people that have had weight loss surgery, because in the end we will only understand one another during this process plus we encourage and share food ideas...no judgements!
  2. Don't give up, the beginning is always the hardest.

    surgery and employment

Congrats on your surgery and sorry you are going through all of this. This is one of the reasons I am happy I work from home. As long as you have a paper trail there should be no reason they deny you what is rightfully yours. And if you were forced to quit just make sure you have proof to appeal....I wish you all the best. They have many jobs you can do from home....right now I'm sitting in my room working....as long as you have a computer and a phone you can find something from home....ever need help I can point u in the right direction of at home from there u do ur research and become your own boss.....(nothing like these scam at home jobs) Don't let this stress interrupt your new life change, these are small bumps in the road

i am not much of a drinker but when New years came around I wanted to Celebrate the new year and new me....I asked my nut what would i be able to drink and she suggested red wine....(she told be to be careful because I will feel drunk before everyone else, and she was not lying I only took a few sips) I do know they have sugar free drinks with crystal light...but definitely ask your team before doing so....

It really is you will have ups and downs and victories and stalls and you will cry and laugh but you will change trust me for the better! More important you will look at food differently. We still will have struggles but we are here for support to lean on one another My only regret was not doing this sooner, but thank God I did:)

    Hooked on the scale

Congrats on your surgery and welcome to the group:) a good way to track your Water and Protein is a app called my fitness pal... 2nd try not to drive your self crazy with numbers. 52 lbs so far is great, and more weight will come off too....when I started my journey my kids hid the scale and I really was happy they did. I figured I did the surgery, I will follow my program and my pouch will do its job. I would say weigh in every 2 weeks so you can see a difference instead of everyday....losing inches is great too.... i have been through so many stalls through my journey it does get frustrating but hey its okay...slow and steady it will come off...good luck:)
