This is such a cool idea, as long as everyone is on the same page.

Back in the day when i had slim fast, I drank the ones that were already made like the creamy strawberry and it was really good OR If you go to any GNC they can help you find a nice protein drink/shake... I used Isopure creamy vanilla and that wasn't so bad... but after surgery I did not like it at all. (taste buds changed) My surgeon had me on 2 shakes and a sensible dinner. in GNC they also have protein bars that can help when you are hungry as a snack.

My friend sells body wraps, its only a temporary fix. you can loose the fat but will have the saggy skin and only through surgery it will be gone.

I got mine for this month, I sent out my email to my pen pal already thanks

I was the same way, now I love it....I freeze my water bottles and drink away. (I use to add crystal light or diet snapple to give some flavor)

This is such a great idea...I remember when I first had my surgery in January I was looking for you tank...(couldn't find you for ideas on food) but yes I would buy the foods...when I go to the supermarket I swear i stand looking at the frozen foods, and think they should have a section for WLS....great IDEA!
