I went from a 46dd to a 38d, and still losing...sighs ( when I lay flat down on my back my breast look perfect and perky, some days thoughts of becoming a porn star strike my mind...then reality hits and gravity happens and the thoughts of being a porn star is just a distant memory LOL..) I refuse to buy anymore bras because as soon as I buy them, by the next week I need a new one..who would have thought at 40 I would need to stuff my bra

You can try Metamucil, Miralax or Suppositories and also buy some stool softener as well... and be sure you are drinking enough water.

Any weight loss is a celebration including 22lbs so don't stress...if your not losing in weight believe me you are losing in inches....feel happy and enjoy your journey. Just make sure you take your vitamins, eat your protein and drink lots of water.. congrats on your new life

Are you getting your proteins in first in every meal? if you do the proteins 1st you stay fuller longer.

I don't do the number thing, I just make sure I get my protein in and my water my nut never told me a set number for calories

I felt the difference in my body a few weeks after, then as the weeks passed I was at the grocery store and the store owner said my face look different, then my clothes started to get baggy then I knew I was losing at this point...(its just my mind still saw the 300lb me in the mirror, while others were seeing the difference, by april i had a party for my son and everyone noticed a difference...so I would say gradually people do notice when you are losing...in the days, weeks and months ppl notice quicker than we do...

These are my favorite, i have them all the time... thing is now my kids want to eat all my good stuff lol

mine was a couple of days, at first i thought it was pain due to me having the surgery, but as eat day passed t got worse...but ihad that on top of an infection and liquid was collecting so mine was different...but it was painful

It sounds like something I had blood clot (hematoma), it was painful to get out of bed it hurt when I took a deep breath it was so painful i went to the ER and they kept me and put me on meds hope u feel better
