Ate it twice and that happened to me. Today I did chicken (in a can) salad, and it was so good. No problems with that.

I actually gained a pound and a half over night! I have been eating right, maybe will try uping water today. Seems like my whole life revolves around this eating and drinking business! I knew it was gonna be a change, but geez! Also not feeling the best today, so gonna take a nap, and will have a better attitude when I wake up!

He can still do the seafood for you. That is healthy for you to have! And so yummy! Our family bonds with food and drink as well. When we get together, its beer and pizza. Gonna be hard to watch next time we have a family day. Those are two of my favorite things. I think finding other activites is great, part of our whole life change. I would LOVE to see Kid Rock by the way!

What exactly is the reason we are to sip liquids?? I find mysself forgetting and taking regular drinks at times. It doesn't hurt or feel any different going down. Is this something for just the days after surgery or forever?

Tried Chike brand protein drink again today. I think this is the best tasting one I've ever had. I am gonna order some more now. You get 6 different flavors for 10. Good deal at www.chike.com. 28 grams protein and when mixed with 7oz skim milk, even more. Love it!

You are not alone! My left side pain is still pretty bad. I sneezed yesterday and started crying! I feel like I would be way more active if I didn't have to hold my side all day! I know it takes time, but it is somewhat frustrating at this point! I have also tried gas x and miralax thinking that maybe it was my bowel that was causing the pain, but no dice! Hope you feel better soon, but just know that you are not alone!

Great attitude! You also had two surgeries, so more Fluid than most! I didn't gain any weight from the iv, or if I did, I lost is right away. When I weighed myself when I got home, I was down 9 lbs.

One thing that is on track for me. I used Miralax, and it worked like a charm.

I can do cottage cheese fine, but tuna sat there forever. Gonna wait before I do that again. Gonna try egg salad tomorrow. Used to be one of my favs, so we will see....

Rant all you want! Seems to be the day for it! I didn't eat or drink even near the limit today. Felt like throwing up with everything. Will kick it in high gear tomorrow! I had bought a lot of samples before surgery, in all different flavors. Now they are all too sweet. So much for being prepared. Should've waited and saved my money.

TWO months??? My poor family. LOL

I am the same exact way today. Snapping at people, not caring if I eat or drink (didnt come close to protein or water), just feeling blah. Could've layed in bed and slept and it was beautiful out here too. I don't want to complain to husband, so when he asked "what's wrong", I just said to "let me be, that is was normal". I am not ungrateful, but definately a very weird emotional day. And I still have the stupid pain as well. Just sneezed and thought I was gonna cry. Going to bed early! Tomorrow will be better for all of us!
