    Made baked chicken today and it looked so good! Had a small piece, chewed really well, and used gravy. It still doesnt sit with me! I am so nauseous an hour later. I just cant do chicken anymore. Sucks cuz it is high protein. I cant stand the thought of fish either lately. I have been doing 2 shakes a day and eating cottage cheese. Not feeling anything else lately!

    Had never heard of this so I looked it up. Seems like a great thing! Going to madison on Friday, and there is a store there that carries it so I will give it a try!

    I have really looked at my circle of "friends" in the last couple of years. I now choose to keep only those people who support me and are there for me close to me. I got really burned by a former coworker who I thought was my friend. I was used and double crossed and it really took awhile to get over it. I feel I am an awesome friend and want that in return!

    So I tried on some old capris today in size 20. They fit perfectly everywhere except for the stomach. They button fine but with all the flabby skin, they feel tight. The skin even hangs over the top. As anyone noticed this as a problem in smaller sizes? Guess ill have to go get some of those spanx to hold it all in.

    Still not feeling well today. Im almost sure it is related to bowels. I havent went in 7 days. Usually I keep such good track of it but ive been doing so much around here I forgot. Ive taken something the last three nights with no relief. I hope its not a blockage. Guess I'll have to call the dr. I hate feeling yucky.

    Been a long day. Still not feeling good. Didnt eat anything, but had protein shakes. Hope I feel better tomorrow. I hate feeling yucky!
